Originally from Galway, Ireland, where I somehow convinced myself that watching enough Home and Away qualified me to move to Sydney. Four years and no surfing lessons later I'm still here, which I'm choosing to interpret as a good decision.
I genuinely enjoy working in marketing, which might sound obvious. But I studied marketing at university and all of my friends work in marketing. You could say I eat, sleep and breathe it. The only thing I like more than marketing is the Real Housewives and my golden retriever, Chief. That said, I do have a habit of bringing marketing into everything else too. From planning elaborate events like a weekend-long I'm a Celebrity birthday (eating challenges and dingo dollars included) to managing a newsletter for my university class and designing a full 60-page magazine for someone's birthday. Interviews and articles included.
I've spent my career obsessing over what makes people choose one thing over another. From meal kits to global summits to sports betting. I've never once found the answer boring.
